  • Suicidality guide. This page has extensive resources for where to get help and how to help someone who is suicidal. There is also a video for parents, teachers, or youth leaders on how to talk to teens when a friend has contemplated, attempted, or died by suicide. 

Grief and Loss

Change involves loss, and loss needs to be grieved. Give yourself permission to grieve in whatever way is best for you.
