Navigating Conflict for HR Personnel November 2025
This workshop overviews the underlying sources of conflict, the different levels, and how to engage and refer as a leader or HR manager. Using case studies, there are small-group interactions to apply the principles and begin identifying the role of the leader in conflict situations. Some basic conflict resolution skills are shared but the focus is recognizing the real issues and for leaders to know what their role is when navigating conflict within thier teams.
Stress and Anxeity in Difficult Environments 2025
- Robert Sapolsky writes, “A stressor is anything from the outside world that knocks you out of homeostatic balance.” This session examines the impact of stress and anxiety on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Participants explore what stress and anxiety truly are, develop their own stress profiles, and practice coping strategies together to foster greater resilience.
